Mr. Hui Chak Hei has been involved in sailing since 2012. It has been 11 years since then. During the 4 years from 2012 to 2015, he won 4 youth group awards on behalf of Shanwei City, Guangdong Province; during the 3 years from 2015 to 2017, he won 5 youth team awards on behalf of Guangdong Provincial.

He was originally a national first-level athlete, coach of the tugboat E family club, and RYA small sailing coach. In his 8-year career from 2012 to 2019, he has won 14 awards in multi-sail sailing competitions.

Recently participated in the "Hong Kong Special Administrative Region 25th Anniversary Return Regatta" organized by the Hong Kong Yachting Federation and hosted by the Hong Kong Yachting Club, which was held on June 11 (Saturday) in Victoria Harbour. As the captain of SAIL NO. HKG1299, he led the team to win the championship in the J80 category of that day's competition.
